Who I am
PineRiverData is run by Jack Warren and is based in the UK. I am the controller for the personal data described on this page. UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 apply.
What the contact form collects
Your first and last name, email address, company name, annual revenue range, whether you are an agency, your answer to whether you are a B2B company using HubSpot or choosing it, your message, and the time you took to fill in the form (used to filter spam).
What booking a Leakage Check collects
Bookings on /check use HubSpot Meetings. When you book, HubSpot collects the details its booking form asks for, such as your name and email address, and the time you choose. HubSpot's own privacy notice also applies to that form.
Why I use it
To reply to you, arrange and run the free Leakage Check, send the one-page summary, and follow up about work you have asked about.
Lawful basis
Legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries you send me, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
How long I keep it
Only as long as I need it for the purposes above. You can ask me to delete it at any time.
Who processes it for me
Vercel (website hosting, plus Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights for page views and performance), Supabase (stores contact form submissions) and HubSpot (meeting bookings). I do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how I use it, and ask for a copy to take elsewhere. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
